Terms and Conditions

Creappsy Service Delivery and Execution Protocols

This document details the methodology, requirements and deadlines applicable to the provision of professional services of Creappsy (hereinafter referred to as "The Agency"). The correct observance of these protocols by the The Customer is critical to meeting agreed delivery times.


I. Social Media Management

A. Project Initiation and Client Requirements

  1. Activation: The process begins with the completion of the information gathering form, which will be sent to the communication group at WhatsApp once the consultant and team have been assigned to the project.

  2. Kick-off meeting: A virtual session (Zoom or Google Meets) will be coordinated to review the information on the form, validate objectives, establish the graphic line and guide The Client in the delivery of the resources.

  3. Delivery of Mandatory Resources: At the meeting, The Client will be asked to provide the following items through a folder at Google Drive whose link will be shared in the WhatsApp group:

    • Access: Grant access permissions (such as Social Media Manager) to the social network accounts. If they do not exist, we will collaborate in their creation.

    • Visual Identity: High resolution logos, typographies and images or reference graphic material.

    • Content: Complete the "Content" section within the monthly editorial grid provided by The Agency.

  4. Confirmation: The Agency will confirm the complete receipt of all resources and contents, at which time the execution deadlines begin.

B. Execution and Review Periods

Graphic Design 4 to 7 working days*. Start of design after approval of copys. The designs are delivered for second round of review.

* The term depends on the contracted management plan.

C. Changes and Limitations Policy

  1. Review Rounds: The Customer has at his disposal two (2) rounds of review and changes included in the cost of the service:

    • Round 1: Applicable exclusively on the written content (copys).

    • Round 2: Applicable exclusively on the graphic design (images).

  2. Package Exclusions: The contracted package does not include the production of audiovisual material (recording of videos or taking of photographs) of establishments, collaborators or products. Such content must be provided by the Client.

  3. Editable: If The Client requires the original editable files of the designs, these will have a additional cost of $15 (fifteen U.S. Dollars) by image.

  4. Customer Delays: The Agency not responsible for delays in the programming of the posts if the delay is caused by the late delivery of content or lack of timely approval by the Customer.


II. Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns

The processes for Facebook Ads (Meta Ads) y Google Ads are governed by similar operating principles.

A. Startup and Customer Requirements

  1. Activation and Meeting: The process begins with the filling out of the form, followed by a virtual meeting to clarify objectives, define the budget for advertisingand establish the days and hours of activity of the campaign.

  2. Key Requirements: At the meeting, the following will be requested:

    • Definition of Objective: Establish products or services to be advertised.

    • Graph: Revision of the graphic line for advertisements.

    • Method of Payment: The correct entry and maintenance credit card in the credit card systems. Meta Ads or Google Ads.

    • Access: Grant The Agency access to the commercial and advertising account.

    • Resources (Images/Video): Upload all required graphic or audiovisual material to the Google Drive folder.

B. Execution Deadlines and Platform Limitations

  1. Platform Review: Once the campaign has been set up, it must go through a process of internal review of the platform (Meta or Google)which can take between 2 and 24 hours (Meta) or 2 and 5 days (Google). This time is beyond the Agency's control.

  2. Duration and Report: The standard campaign has a duration of 30 days. At the end, a detailed report of results will be delivered.

C. Sales Optimization and Responsibility

  1. Learning: Campaigns require a learning period (7 days for Meta Ads; 10 to 15 days for Google Ads). Adequate optimization is achieved after two weeks of the campaign. The Agency performs weekly reviews for necessary adjustments.

  2. Sales Responsibility: Campaigns are an advertising medium to facilitate contact with potential customers. Creappsy is not responsible for the sales process, closing or follow-up. that the Customer makes to the leads generated.

  3. Payment Method (Applies to both platforms): It is the sole responsibility of the Customer keep your payment method current and without funds problems on the advertising platform. If the campaign is paused due to a payment failure, Creappsy is not responsible for for the loss of guideline days and there will be no refunds for the interruption time.


III. Web Design

A. Content and Structure Requirements

  1. Redacted Content: The Customer must provide the complete and final textual content for each section and page, as you wish it to be displayed. The Agency may offer minor editing and enhancements using artificial intelligence tools; however, the service does not include comprehensive content curation or editing. If required content curation the project will be classified as "Custom Page" and the budget will be adjusted.

  2. Graphic Resources: The Customer shall provide photographs, videos and images of high quality in the Google Drive folder.

  3. Online Store: For E-commerceThe Customer must provide the information and the product catalog (price, description and pictures in the following format 600x600px) using the requested form.

B. Delivery Deadlines (Upon Receipt of Complete Content)

C. Package Structure and Limitations

  1. Structure Included: Standard packages include: Header (header), Footer (footer), Contact Page, and internal pages with a maximum of 4 to 6 sections per page.

  2. Content Limit: An internal page is considered to have a minimum of 200 words and a maximum of 1,200 words. Exceeding this limit will result in the quotation of an additional page.

  3. Signature (Copyright): The footer will include the legend: "Copyright ©. [year] [year (Client Company) - Developed by Creappsy."

  4. Corporate Mailings: The package does not include the configuration of corporate e-mails.

D. Change and Absence Policy

  1. Review Rounds: The Customer has two (2) rounds of general review of the entire site. Changes must be submitted in a timely manner. written and detailed through the form provided by The Agency, not via WhatsApp.

  2. Limitation of Changes: Following the approval of the initial staffing and structure, the changes may not imply a major alteration of the structure or additional requirements that substantially modify the approved design.

  3. Project Abandonment: If The Client or the person in charge assigned is absent from the project for a period of 15 working days without follow-up, delivery deadlines no longer apply, and The Agency reserves the right to issue a quotation for the reactivation and continuation of the project.


IV. Corporate Graphic Design

A. Process and Deliverables

  1. Meeting: After filling out the form, a meeting will be held with the design team to request the necessary resources, which must be uploaded to the Google Drive folder.

  2. Design Deadline: The design stage generally takes from 3 to 7 working daysdepending on the product and the availability of the Client's resources.

  3. Presentation: The following will be presented three (3) design proposals in a virtual meeting.

B. Approval and Nonconformity

  1. Approval: In case of brand design and brand manual, it will take an additional 3 to 5 working days to produce the manual. The final delivery includes the pertinent files, as well as the editable in professional formats (.ai, .psd, .pdf, .svg, .png, .jpg, .mp4, as applicable).

  2. Nonconformity: The Customer has at his disposal one (1) round of changes to propose minor modifications or completely new proposals to replace the initial designs. Changes should be formalized and clearly expressed to the design team at the meeting.

  3. Additional Costs: If the Customer requires additional rounds or changes If you have any questions about the new services included in the round, you will need to contact the sales team for quotation and approval of these new services.
