Purchasing Policies

These policies set out the terms and conditions applicable to the contracting and payment for all services offered by Creappsy (hereinafter referred to as "The Agency")residing at Mexican Republic.

By making a payment or contracting any of our services, you (hereinafter "The Customer") expressly declare that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these purchasing policies in their entirety. It is strongly recommended that you carefully review the information below.

1. Absence of Reimbursement and Nature of Services

No monetary refunds are given under any circumstances.

The Agency does not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original form of payment for the engagement of its services. This applies, without limitation, to: digital marketing strategies, online advertising, web design, application development (mobile or web), social media management, consulting, and any other intangible service or work initiated under a specific project. The nature of our services is the provision of professional effort and allocation of specialised resources that are executed at the time of contracting and/or project initiation.

2. Commitment to Quality and Professional Diligence

Creappsy is committed to providing its services by applying the utmost professional diligence and seeking high quality results in accordance with the objectives and specifications agreed in the specific contract, quotation or service order. Before contracting, The Client must investigate and fully understand the offerings and scope of services. to make an informed and conscious recruitment decision.

3. Responsibility and Liability of the Client

It is the sole responsibility of the Customer:

  1. To provide in a manner timely, accurate and complete all the information, access, materials, contents and specifications necessary for the correct execution of the services.
  2. Review and approve deliverables at the stages requested by the Agency.
  3. Any delay, error, omission or change in the requirements, contents or information provided by the Client that affect the execution, deadlines or results of the service shall not be the responsibility of Creappsy and may not be invoked as grounds for a refund, cancellation or price adjustment.

4. Early Termination (Cancellation) of Services

If the Customer decides to terminate or cancel the contracted services before the end of the agreed period or project, there shall be no reimbursement for the portion of the services not used or work not yet delivered. Payments made cover administrative costs, resource allocation and professional effort already invested up to the date of the cancellation notice. Creappsy will seek reasonable alternatives to conclude or adjust the service to the remaining needs of the Client, but this does not imply any obligation to refund money.

5. Modifications in the Execution of the Services

Creappsy reserves the right to make modifications or adjustments to the methodology or planning of the contracted services if, in professional judgement, this is necessary to ensure the achievement of the objectives and the quality of the result. Such changes shall be notified to the Client in a timely manner. Such adjustments or modifications shall shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not entitle the Customer to claim a refund.provided that the overall objective and expected quality of the service is maintained.

6. Exceptions: Credit Notes

At strictly exceptional cases and at Creappsy's absolute discretion, consideration may be given to the issuance of a credit note in favour of the Client. This credit note may be used exclusively for the purchase of future services with the Agency. These situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and the final decision on their appropriateness, amount and validity rests solely with the management of Creappsy.

By making a payment to Creappsy, you agree to these Purchase Policies and understand that no monetary refunds will be given for any reason, except as provided in point 6.
